here's the recipe:
Lemonade Cookies
1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
Pinch of salt
1/2 can thawed frozen lemon concentrate
3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
Mix margarine, sugar and eggs. Add lemonade, flour and soda. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. As soon as you pull them out of the oven you brush them with more lemon concentrate and sprinkle with sugar.
